Yep, thanks for asking. We live up on the hill. Unfortunately my uncle's place down on Lake Delhi is not. We had to strip out all the walls in his cabin and throw away a lot of furniture they couldn't save. Lake Delhi is a sad sad deal but I guess that's the chance you take when you want to live next to a river.

Yep we're high and dry and just waiting for Darrell and his crew to arrive tomorrow afternoon. They're camping out in my backyard.
