So here are the engine bay pics. Just went out and shot a couple pics. Here's what I did during winter.

Got rid of my light blue hoses and went with all black. Took all of the connections out of the engine bay. Eliminated all the EGR crap, rebuilt all the wire looms up front and deleted all the plugs that were not being used. Upgraded my alternator wiring with 4 gauge, and made a trigger wire to make my powermaster a 4g. Changed the positive lead to 2 gauge with a solder slug connector.

To take the connectors out, I actually removed the Pins from the connectors and didn't cut any wires to do it. So I still have all of them in a box. All connections are soldered and shrink tubed.

Moved all the power junction stuff into the fenders, all new bulbs in the lights. Tapped the back of both valve covers, ran to a catch can down low. Eliminated the PCV. Replaced the upper intake with aTFS-R Box upper and 90mm Accufab TB. Also got rid of my custom junk throttle cable holder and added a 3/8 spacer holder.

Had to cut the back of the hood to make the new intake fit. Air craft expand a foam and fiberglassed it. Had to spray it black since I couldn't get it completely repainted yet. Looks like butt for now.

Relocated the fan controller and flipped the fan upside down, rewired internally so I don't need an extra trigger wire.

Took the cruise control out since there wasn't a way hook it up. Sad

I just have to add a grounding kit to it and it will be done for this year. I just ordered my tuner and wideband. So I hope to make it run as good as it looks pretty soon.

And this could not have been done without the help of Aaron ( KOOK ). He kept me going on it, when I wanted to cut a corner he wouldn't let me. Came out pretty good. Doesn't look like much, but the attention to detail really adds up. I'm not afraid to pop my hood anymore. Very Happy

Looks clean, I think you should have went white under the hood, but that's just personal opinion.

Yeah and not possible at the time.

Good thing about it though was when I had to touch it up from removing grounds/ brackets/electronics. I just had to pick up some bumper paint and spray. You could never tell afterwards.

It is what it is, I'm not doggin' him, it's his car. I just would have done white but I understand it's easier to touch up the black. Very Happy
